I was very hesitant about going here from past experiences but I have to say I was very surprised with the service I received. I've been around enough years to know how terrible it can be to wait in an emergency room or an immediate care for hours before being seen only to have no outcome. But this place was serious pretty darn amazing if you ask me. I went in on a Sat morning and was seen with results in about 45 minutes. The location was perfect as well very clean, professional staff, amazing doctor that listened and helped me with exactly what I needed. I'd absolutely recommend going here in all honesty I liked going here better than my primary care doctor hands down.

Been going to them for awhile and they are usually pretty good. Only one doctor that was horrible and always diagnosed people completely wrong. My father for example went there just the other day cause he was sick they told him Corey told him he was having a heart attack and had him sent to the hospital. When he arrived there. The ekg that was sent with him said nothing about a heart attack and my dad just had bronchitis. I go in cause my throat was hurting into my neck and face. All they did was check my ears and run Covid, flu and strep test then sent me on my way. Never once was my throat even looked at. Instead they diagnosed me with a sore throat. I ended up in the hospital a few hour later cause I couldn’t breath only to find out I had bacterial pneumonia.

Wow! What a gem of a clinic to stumble upon. I was sick and didn’t want to wait for an appointment with my doctor. Made my appointment online, showed up and signed in. The ladies at the front desk were upbeat, kind and efficient. I was taken back for my exam and everything went so smoothly and quickly. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The energetic, friendly staff is truly something you just don’t see these days and I will definitely return when I am ill. Thank you for a positive experience especially when I was feeling ill.

The receptionist couldn't have been nicer
The Nurse who took my vitals, (old female) was quite possibly the rudest, inconsiderate and really down right mean person I've come into contact with. She is a mean spirited person who should not be allowed to work with the public, let alone when someone is there and in pain.
PA- was ok ..he had a little attitude and offered me to leave when I told him that sitting in a room for 45 minutes wasn't great. I'd rather sit in the waiting room til you're actually ready for me.
X-ray tech Megan was excellent! Not sure I would recommend your place though...

The service was in fact immediate. The nurse who took care of me was a little pushy. I could barely finish my sentence. The doctor was fine I guess but he just shined a light in my mouth and sent me on my way with a prescription. Now I’m at the pharmacy and I’m told that they don’t have anything sent from immediate care for me. All in all, the doctor was nice but I don’t know. I don’t feel like I was actually seen.

Treated me kindly and I got into my appt at a timely manner. The doctor was very attentive and made sure everything was ok. The nurse was also very kind and attentive.

Medically they were fine but they didn't tell me they were going to order $1,187.70 worth of lab tests that weren't covered by my insurance. I let them know they were out of network. If I had known this visit would cost so much I would have taken my daughter to the ER, which is covered.

BE AWARE. This location advertises that they offer full lab services. This is false. They *only* do labs as ordered by their own physicians, they do not accept prescriptions. This is not stated anywhere on their website. I gave up a potential EKG appointment with a Cardiovascular clinic because WNY Immediate Care's website allowed me to schedule for a sooner date. I won't be utilizing any of their services in the future, and they need to put a disclaimer on their website
