After leaving my eye appointment with Dr. Nicotra, who was phenomenal, I was on the search for glasses! I walked right across the store to Visionworks. They asked my insurance, looked it up and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and in the price range I was looking! The entire office was helpful and within an hour, I had my exam and ordered my new glasses. It was fast and painless!

Initially chose Vision Works as my insurance was accepted there.
I was assisted in all phases of my purchase by a young lady named Rosa who couldn't be more helpful and attentive to the kind of frame I was looking for. She helped me with choosing several that might fit the bill and was instrumental in my final choice.
I would surely recommend both Vision Works and Rosa to anyone who was in the market for eyeglasses.

I didn’t feel that I was greeted with professionalism and the tech seemed annoyed she had to help and very condescending at first. Once the correct information and price quote with my insurance was verified things went a little better and I finally got the service I needed.

Rosa was amazing! I picked my frames, she looked up my insurance, fitted and paid all in less than 30 minutes! Guaranteed to have my glasses in 2 weeks. Highly recommend!

Never going back, place is a joke. I've had glasses in contacts most of my life, at least for 15 years. I called before scheduling to double-check that they took my CareCredit and was told that they do, but when I came in for my appointment the lady informed me that only vision works which is technically different than the actual eye exam place takes carecredit, and that I'd be paying out-of-pocket for the eye exam. Obviously she's just doing her job which I totally understand and it is no fault to any of the workers that are there, everyone that work there was super nice. However, I have been told differently and how to unexpectedly pay out-of-pocket for an exam that I was under the impression I could pay for using credit which is the whole reason I picked that place. Secondly, I know my prescription has changed because I haven't had an exam in 3 years and I can't read road signs anymore, but my prescription ended up being the exact same as what I already have. I know that's not the case because I can't use my current prescription and accurately read road signs anymore, I know how my vision is when my prescription is up-to-date and I can see and that is not it. Third, I picked a pair of $99 frames while their 40% off deal was going on. The total at the end (which I walked out on) was over $200 for prescription lenses. I have never heard of that in my life! It was ridiculous. Never going back, and scheduled a second opinion for tomorrow morning. Doctor was nice, as was staff, but there to make money and that's all.
