I had a great experience at VisionWorks last week when I went there to get new eyeglasses.
Stephanie was the lady who helped me and she was absolutely amazing!! She has a great personality and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was very patient and showed me several different frames to try on. I never felt rushed and her feedback was extremely helpful.
She was very funny and had me and my granddaughter laughing throughout the entire experience.
She was also extremely informative and took the time to explain things to me.
From the time I walked into
VisionWorks until the time I left I felt extremely satisfied. Stephanie definitely made it a great experience from start to finsh.

I was greeted with a smile and you never lost patience when I needed your assistance with the kiosk. You were able to get my frames ready to send out for lenses. Dr. Martinez was amazing and he checked for glaucoma, took pics of my optic nerves and blood vessels to make sure there was no diabetic retinopathy. I highly recommend vision works!!!

Terrible experience. I was in the mall SEARCHING for the location, even asked security and got pointed to the wrong location. I ended up being a few mins late for my appointment, and when I arrived I was told “the doctor was on lunch”. How are you on lunch 8-10 mins after my appointment was supposed to start. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even call to see if maybe there was a reason I was running behind. Also, didn’t mind rescheduling, but to try to reschedule me 3-4 hours out when I’m already here, not know how far a distance I traveled to make the appointment is very selfish. It’s called GRACE. Learn something from it. Especially when we all just went through a hurricane that could’ve been way worse. Have some human compassion and get out of your corporate job mindset sometimes. You serve PEOPLE . You work for US. And without US you wouldn’t have a job to do.

From the moment I entered I was greated with a smile. Sam was amazing and did a phenomenal job with my 8 year old that asked him a million questions. Not once did he seem annoyed and Dr. Martinez took his time and even tested me twice to make sure I got the correct Rx. They made me feel confortable from start to finish....

Great experience, fastest exam I ever had, I always get this better or is this better a 100 times. This Dr did in a couple times and got me spot on. The whole staff knowledgeable and very nice and helpful. Dr Martinez is a great Dr.

Horrible eye doctor staff! People that go to this location are desperate and too lazy to look for quality care. They called me maybe 3 different times but when I call them back I can never get a person to answer the phone. You have to select a floor sales associate and ask them to transfer you to the doctor’s staff. THEY WONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE ANY OTHER WAY. They will let their phone ring for 30-45mins without answering. Then when I was transferred and concerned about not being able to get ahold of anyone they treat you like who cares, oh well, we don’t need your business. I cancelled my appt and now I remember why I didn’t want to go with them anyway cuz they did this to me in the past. Never again

I went to the Brandon location because of my insurance. I was prepared to purchase eyeglasses based on my prescription but I could not get any assistance from there employees. They were conversing with each other but never asked if I needed any help. I decided to go elsewhere.
