Love this Urgent Care! My go to place when my PCP is not available. All family members go here. Providers are top notch and have been there long term. It is nice to be able to see the same provider. They take the time to listen to you and answer questions and concerns. Front desk staff are welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend.

The staff here, made me feel cared for and that my health was a priority to them. I have been to many urgent care facilities in my days that were no where near the quality and care I experienced in Ellington. I am extremely happy with the treatment I received.

At about 2:45 pm on August 16, 2024, Ellington Priority Urgent care was called to arrange an appointment to send an employee for care. The woman who answered said we didn't need an appointment, to just walk in. We sent the person straight in immediately. He arrived by 3:00 pm. He was asked if he had an appointment. She said, they were full. He was then asked if she could make an appointment for him and he could come back at that time. He revealed to her that he had just called and was told no appointment was needed, just to come in. At no point did she even ask what the problem was. Imagine if this was life threatening.

Her unfriendly demeanor was rude to say the least, given that she had just created this mess.

I would give zero stars if I could. As a company owner for over 40 years and 30 employees, we will not send an employee there again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I am shocked at the way they have set this up to serve the urgent needs of people.

Priority Urgent Care? I don't think so.

So you left your standard response that everyone gets. We did reach out to you as your response suggested. We even left you a message on 8-20-2024 at 9:30 am. No return call or contact to us was made even though we left you all our information. I think it is important for people to know this, as it truly illustrates a systemic problem and not a one time event.

Sr. Sharon Hall was an active listener, personable, empathetic, knowledgeable, and was able to patiently explain my follow-up treatment. She was able to alleviate some of my pain at the visit along with explaining what to do at home. I would recommend her to everyone!!!

Scheduling was super easy, being able to fill out paperwork beforehand was a huge time saver. I got to my appointment a couple minutes early, and I was told they were running behind about a half hour or so and I could either wait in the office or in the car and I would get a text message when they were ready to see me. It was right about a half hour when I got the message that they were ready, I only waited in the waiting room for about 2 minutes before they took me to my room. And from there my whole visit took maybe 10 minutes total. The staff were all extremely nice, very attentive and very helpful. The waiting room office and outside were all extremely clean and well taken care of. I've been to this urgent Care a couple of times and every time I get great service, all my questions get answered, the doctors and nurses are very quick doing what they have to do but also will take the time to explain things or help you if you need it. Definitely a 10/10 place to go for urgent care!

The staff is always so friendly. Minimal wait times and efficient with exams and sending prescriptions. The earlier in the morning, the quicker the visit. Always my go-to for our families urgent care needs. I recommend them to everyone.

Very kind and courteous staff. Always a good experience at this location. The doctor, Rachel, made an effort to truly help me with what I was dealing with and went the extra mile to find out why it was happening rather than just treat the symptoms.
