This was my first experience with Physicians and Surgeons or Dr. Pamela Lacey and I was impressed with both. From the staff at reception, to Dr. Lacey's nurses, to the lab techs drawing blood, to Dr. Lacey herself, every single person was kind, pleasant, efficient, and obviously competent. Dr. Lacey has an incredible bedside manner. She is thorough but also efficient and she answered all of my questions clearly, and her knowledge and competence allayed any fears I had going in. I had to return several weeks later for a procedure and, again, the staff was fantastic, and they did what they could to mitigate discomfort and more than a little fear. They even laughed at my dumb jokes. Highly recommend this office!

Dr Turner & Melinda is the BEST!!! He has been the best my whole 9 months…it’s always great when your baby doctor makes you feel comfortable and his nurse Melinda is as sweet as they come. I would definitely not have any other doctor there besides Dr Turner he’s the most down to earth doctor I’ve ever dealt with and understanding! Also Christy at the front desk she is so patient and understanding as far as all paperwork and everything else.

The office staff is very friendly and courteous. Dr. Chaney is professional and knowledgeable. He makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I love that I can get answers to questions through the patient portal the same day. This office is exceptional in every way. I highly recommend Dr. Chaney and his nurse, Shae, for anyone looking for a gynecologist in Columbus and the surrounding area.

I debated getting a tubal ligation but knew if I was going to do it, I wanted it to be done with Dr. Turner before we left Columbus. He is knowledgeable, learning the newest and best techniques for surgery & recovery, caring and I completely trust him and his expertise. Dr. Turner takes his time to answer any questions and explain the procedure to calm any fears. Great bedside manner, professional and kind. I highly recommend him for any surgical procedure. He is the best OBGYN surgeon in the area and the only doctor I would trust for this procedure!
