I have been seeing Dr. Susan Wang at Parkview Clinic for a couple of years and have been consistently impressed with the exceptional level of care I receive. Dr. Wang provides outstanding medical attention, demonstrating both expertise and compassion. Her thorough approach and willingness to listen make me feel comfortable and well-cared for at every visit.

Moreover, the receptionist at the clinic is incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that the entire experience is pleasant from start to finish. Their professionalism and warmth set a positive tone for each visit.

Duty of Care denied
I'm regular patient of Dr. Phillip Carter for over 20 years (brilliant Doctor)
At times during his absence, I see Dr. Susan Wang.
My last appointment with Dr. Susan was disturbing experience.
Dr. Susan had no real interest to make any effort to investigate or to resolve the issue of my symptoms.
Susan was guessing, saying; you are stressed ,referring me to see a Physician.
When I asked, what does a Physician do, Susan replied, " I don't know "
I was suggesting a blood test, to see if there are any changes in my overall health.
Susan dismissed my suggestion, saying, it's too expensive, you had one 6 months ago.
My understanding about the relationship between a patient & the GP is based on mutual knowledge, trust, loyalty & regard.
A doctor-patient relationship is considered to be the core element in the ethical principles of medicine.
GP is the first port of call in our Health Care system, to seek medical advice via check-ups, diagnosis & treatments in an agreeable manner.
This awful experience must be questioned, what happens behind GP's closed door, requires transparency.
Health Care providers supposed to practice Duty of Care & have ethical standards. A patient relies on their Doctor to act in their best interests.

Been to this clinic earlier myself and today again for my son with same day booking on both occasions when our regular GP's were booked out. We were seen quickly and were treated well. Only suggestion I'd have is please to consider online booking 🙂 Thank you

I have been a patient at Parkview for over 11 years. There has always been exceptional service from every doctor and receptionists.
Always super kind and very helpful!
Could not recommend a practise more than Parkview!
I now live in Dromana and still travel to see these doctors

spoke to Susan or Susana today and I had to wait more than 4 hours for her to email my blood test results. I called her multiple times to ask her to please email them and she said she has so many other things to do. Absolutely ridiculous one can't send an email which takes a minute to do.

I honestly don’t know where to start to start I have . Dr De lanarol has being my doctor for 15 years now .
From day 1 till now he is still patient compassionate and amazing.
Also I want to SAY a big thank you to the beautiful nurse that spent a good 40 min with my daughter trying to gove her a blood test, she went down to her level and making her feel comfortable in every way possible. Parkview clinic you have being always amazing compassionate and understanding to my family and I will forever be greatful

If it wasn't for these two doctors Dr Wong and Dr Carter I would have let years ago after Dr Carter sold the business it hasn't done too well in my view have just came back from there after sitting there for an hour and the receptionist didn't even see me sitting right in front of them good to know that in this day & age a person can sit in front of the receptionist for an hour and they don't even know they're there..

Telehealth appointments here in my experience tend to be a waste of time. You make a booking online, and yet they keep taking patients in during your booking? Each time I've booked I've had to check in with reception to ensure the booking is still going ahead after 30-60 minute delays. It would be helpful to have a heads up in either text or email of the delay to avoid these scheduling errors, or just don't offer telehalth as an option.
