I did my PT at this location and it was amazing. You’re greeted by the staff as soon as you walk in and they make you feel as if you’re the only patient there. Meredith, Natt, and Emily were amazing! They handle any concerns that you may have and are awesome people to talk to. Overall an amazing experience with them.

Okay building but sketchy area. No public bathrooms. They were really late getting to me. Had to wait despite having an long established appointment. Dr was knowledgeable and professional.

After surgery to repair my torn meniscus, I was informed I needed to have Physical Therapy to get me back to normal. Fortunately, I chose the Orlando Orthopaedic Center on Lee Rd. The team there is top notch. They are professional and attentive with the proper amount of work ethic balanced with making the patient feel comfortable and cared about.
On first arrival I was greeted by Emily. She is, for sure, one of the nicest, and later I would find out most humorous, people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Very professional with the right amount of banter to get you through the process of getting started. She explained my benefits to me and set me up with follow on appointments so I would not have to worry about it later. She is awesome! My initial visit was with Natalia. She asked very pointed questions and listened attentively so she could target in on the best course of action to get me mobile again. Truly a professional and you can tell she knows what she is doing. In another stroke of providence, I started my bi-weekly rehabilitation with Meredith. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe her. Caring, attentive, and professional are only the beginning. She worked with me twice a week, asking questions at first to gage my physical ability and then, as I progressed, to see how I was doing outside of therapy (e.g. she knew I had kids that were active in sports and that I liked to ride my bike at lunch time during the week). With this knowledge she was able to provide me with the proper exercises to strengthen not only my knee, but my frame and foundation as well. This helped speed up the recovery and get me back to my life before the injury. Again, another true professional and extremely knowledgeable about her profession.
The most important thing to say about this team is that it was not just me that got this tremendous level of attention. I saw them treat all the other folks going through their rehabilitation with the same level of professionalism, respect and caring they gave me.
The team here are true professionals and awesome individuals as well. If you need to have Physical Therapy, there is no other place to go. Many thanks and lots of love from me and the family for all you did to get me back to normal.

I just visit for an MRI. Totally recommend the place as they were friendly, fast and knowledgeable. It was my first time doing an MRI and it was a good experience thanks to the tech explaining everything beforehand. Plenty of parking at this location and big waiting room area.

Stay clear of Dr Jones! I was referred to him and couldn't believe how uncomfortable I was trying to get a second opinion. When he walked in he seemed bothered to even be there with me, He said multiple times.. Well I don't even understand why you are here! Even when I tried to explain my situation and that I was looking for help dealing with constant hip pain for 6 months it did not matter. He actually told me to reconsider and just go back to my previous Orthopedic! I have never been treated this poorly or had someone make me feel so uncomfortable! Extremely poor experience.
