The beginning of my health issues landed me in the ER at Blue Cedar over a year ago. They basically saved my life. My continued journey over the last year has put me back at Blue Cedar out patient services on a monthly basis for labs and scans. I appreciate their staff so much. I can’t give enough kudos to everyone working here. From the security guard to the check in staff and every tech I’ve had contact with. Every person is compassionate, caring and great at their jobs. I’ve never met the cleaning staff but the building is immaculate so I assume they are great as well. I would highly recommend this facility.

Everyone I came into contact with at this location was kind and helpful. ? Alex did my CT Scan and Krystyna was at the front desk. They both are always nice and a pleasure to deal with. Even the security guard was great! Very friendly and helpful. (older gentleman, sorry I forgot to get his name.) I feel they all go above and beyond average customer service! Made me feel better about a test I was very worried about! Thank you for your continued help and care. Be blessed ?.

I had 2 separate appointments for different tests, ultrasound and X-rays. The hospital called me prior to my appointments and offer ed to do them on the same day, which made my life so much easier. They were very nice to deal with on the phone and in person. Easy to find the location, they called me for the tests right away after I checked in. Everyone was kind and answered any questions I had. Overall very positive first experience getting these tests here. Wish they did mammograms but they don’t at this time.

unfortunately, I have ended up in your emergency room several times. Each and every single time I feel like I have gotten excellent care. I have not always seen the same people, but each one of them has always been kind, respectful and informative and made me feel like they were concerned about me.

Very efficient and caring staff. Had X-rays done as a walk-in (no appointment) and was seen and out within an hour. Dr. had results in time for my appointment. I will continue to use this facility.

A quick easy CT procedure. In and out in 15 minutes. The technician was professional, friendly, and explained exactly what would happen and what I had to do. I highly recommend both Orlando Health and the Blue Cedar facility
