I suddenly moved back to the south bay area from Arizona, and I was unable to get my medications from Arizona. Fortunately I was able to see Dr. Smith the same day I called and requested an appointment, and I had a fantastic experience! He and his staff were very nice, professional, and helpful. I was seen right away, and Dr. Smith made me feel very comfortable and took his time to answer my questions and explain things to me thoroughly. I am now making Dr. Smith my primary care doctor, and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much for the wonderful service and experience!

Dr. Bradley Smith was excellent! I had a problem with my eye so I called in the morning and got an appointment that same afternoon. Dr. Smith was very welcoming, making me feel like I was a long time patient even though this was my first visit. He was quick to diagnose my corneal abrasion and provide treatment. He answered all my questions and the visit felt very thorough. I never waited long and was treated courteously. Already made him my new Primary Care Provider. Highly recommend.

During quarantine, I stepped on a nail in my backyard and wanted to get a tetanus booster to be safe. I contacted my doctor, but they told me I needed to book an hour long appointment and had me on hold all day. I called ocean medical, and they told me to come in right away. It was $30 for the shot and the entire process from the time I called to when I arrived back at my house was 1 hr. Everyone wore a mask, I was able to wait in my car, and they even came out to give me the vaccine in my car so I didn’t have to go into the office. Overall, the experience was great and everyone was super helpful. I would definitely recommend, especially during quarantine.

I've been coming to Ocean Medical for nearly a decade. The staff of doctors and techs are excellent! I have Dr. Bradley Smith as my primary physician and see the other staff doctors for urgent matters. I appreciate the level of expertise and personal care they've given me over the years. They have diagnosed issues that have evaded specialists at other offices. Down-to-earth, professional and friendly is how I'd characterize the staff. Plus, the in-house pharmacy will save you time and money!

From the front desk staff to the PAs, nurses, and drs, everyone was so kind and helpful! Everyone was attentive, I was able to walk in with no appointment and be seen in a timely manner. I always prefer a smaller practice because of the intimate feeling of being taken care of by medical professionals who truly care! Would recommend this facility to all my friends and family as it was recommended to me by a friend.

Had a 9:30am appointment. The front office staff were unwelcoming. How about a simple "hello" or "Welcome to Ocean Medical". Nope, just a blank stare.... sometime around 10:45 I got to go in and see the doctor. It was astonishing that it took an hour and fifteen minutes when there was only one person ahead of me when I arrived and one other person came in during my entire wait. Not exactly crowded. Anyway, I got to see Dr Dan who was very nice and thorough in his work. Both he and Dr Milner(from 2 previous visits) have been excellent. It's a shame that by the time I got to see the doctor, I was so frustrated that I couldn't wait to just get the heck out of there. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I received a call from Dr Smith this evening regarding this post. Had a very nice conversation where he apologized for my experience and said he would address the issues I experienced. I have to say, there is not much more you can ask from a business or any person in general. Realize something is broken, take corrective measures, and do your best to gain back trust. It was a classy gesture from Dr Smith and I will certainly go back again and give them a chance to do better.

I was in there looking a hot mess with a killer sinus infection and it went super smooth. I usually do whatever it takes to not go into any doctor's office or urgent care. I was taken care of fast and treated great. Casey was the doctor that helped me. She even called and followed up with me a couple days later. How sweet is that? Recommend this place big time!
