I was in and out in less that 45 minutes. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I seen Kandace and Amy O'Donnell NP, they both made my visit pleasant. They answered all of my questions and was friendly. I will always come here if ever in need of an urgent care. I bring my whole family here! I highly recommend them.

Just took my daughter here for a broken finger. Waited for 20min and they didn’t do anything. We’re supposed to send a text to “register” her. Anyways, never got the text and the front desk associate was ignoring us. So we just went to the Methodist emergency room other side of H‑E‑B. Was in the back in less than 5 min. Long story short. The level of customer service at this location is horrible. No one cares. No one would listen. Overall bad experience and would not refer anyone nor go back. Thanks for making my daughter endure more pain than she needed.

Our family normally goes to the Next Level Urgent Care| Champions location but today with a sudden need to go and appointment available decided to give it a go. Online appointment was a breeze. Staff was beyond amazing and took extra care when doing work. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of an urgent care.

All the staff were so kind and the PA was very intuitive and made me laugh even though I wasn’t feeling well. They are all so helpful and thoughtful. I really appreciate how thorough the staff is here and you can tell that they really care about their patients. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I have been to Next Level Urgent Care in spring, TX near the corner of Gosling and FM 2920 3 times. I have been once for myself and twice I’ve taken my mother. We both have PCPs, but on the rare occasion that something happens outside of traditional doctor’s office hours, Next Level Urgent Care has been a life saver. It’s very easy to make an appointment online. As soon as you walk in, the front desk staff are extremely friendly and professional. The longest we’ve ever had to wait is maybe 5 minutes tops. Once in the exam rooms, the nurse practitioners and the doctors are very thorough and caring. My mom fainted yesterday evening. She has never had this issue in the past. I took her to Next Level. The nurse practitioner asked her many questions, listened intently to her responses, and then completed various tests for the doctor to review. The tests included checking my mom’s blood pressure while lying down, standing up, and sitting. She also completed two EKGs. After the preliminary testing, the doctor came into the room. He was super personable and had excellent bedside manner. He spoke to my mother very kindly, asked for permission to touch her, explained what he was doing as he was doing it and why, and then explained to the both of us his diagnosis in very easy to understand medical terms. He was not rushed. He asked what we needed from him and then he put in a prescription to help my mom with her pain. I created an online profile for my mom on the Next Level website. On the website you’re able to enter your insurance information and payment information. Due to this, once the visit was over, we already had an email thanking us for paying the copay and didn’t have to pay on the way out. The process was seamless and I would totally recommend Next Level Urgent Care to anyone.

I've come here several times for my 14 yr old son, myself that I had pneumonia which wasn't treated well. I had a severe sinus infection which needed antibiotics and he PA wasn't concerned. They test you for retarded COVID-19. I get test for COVID-19 and test positive but no offering for antibiotics for ongoing sinus infection. My primary prescribes antibiotics and asks me why this gay PA didn't help with what I was struggling with. I wasn't contagious. They had the xray tech come take a swab in my nose and back of my throat with an attitude but also she wasn't wearing a mask so obviously there is no concern.

This place is all about getting as many people in and out to make a dollar instead of provided top of the line health care to patients. They won't stay open very long mistreating people. I noticed on these reviews many other people are experiencing the same attitudes and treatments. There was only 1 Asian PA that treated us in the past that was helpful. I'm a diabetic and army veteran these people don't care. BE AWARE FOLKS AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
