Horrible horrible customer service, even worse doctor at the Venice Blvd location. Dr. Tiffany has zero bedside manner, in my life experience worst doctor I have ever encountered. Honestly, I am not sure how she got her license or why she wanted to become a doctor. She seems to hate people and I will be filing a formal complaint. Do not recommend!!!

I switched to Dr Pannell after having some issues that arose post op ignored by my old surgeon. This is the first time I actually felt heard and that someone cared about my treatment since my accident last October. He was very proactive regarding imaging and treatments, and has been responsive when I've had questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a traumatic injury. The front desk is problematic, though. I called last week and said I needed to come in because my hip was suddenly stiff and I couldn't rotate it and was told I had to wait a month regardless of moving out of state soon and it being urgent. Now after not being able to be seen, I'm unable to walk at all, so will have to call tomorrow and try to convince them again I can't wait a month with a hip that doesnt work while recovering from a series of serious injuries.

Dr. Solberg, Dr. Alnajjar, Dr. Alexander and Dr. Pannell are good doctors. Your waiting time is approximately 30 min. or less. The place is clean. The friendliness and professionalism from the doctors & all the staff supercedes most places. Hey a shout out to that caring X-ray Tech also, he makes you feel comfortable . Thank you. Very rude doctor she said she didn't want to treat because I'm am alcoholic because I won't heal and just left the room and didn't come back and didn't say what to do with my broken foot I'm requesting a different place

The staff will make fake appointments, then when audio of the call where they made the fake appointments is played back, they threaten to call security. The one time I actually got in, before they started doing this, the doctor missed some very basic details that would have been in my chart, and got upset when corrected. It's not clear if the two sides of the office coordinated, but they resulted in me missing important care during critical periods of healing. Easily in the bottom five medical experiences I've ever had, and I get injured a LOT!

The building is pretty, at least.

This was my first time at LA Orthopedic Specialist (new patient). I have to say i was very impressed from the beginning the lobby was very spacious and bright. The staff was kind, friendly, polite and most importantly very professional. When I meet with Dr. Solberg in the exam room he came in an introduced himself and proceeded to consult me on the issue I was there for Osteoarthritis of my right hip, he examined me and after advised me of my options of what to do. All the while being professional. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend this office to others.

Had a very bad experience with this place. I visited Dr William Pannel, who honestly is a very nice guy, but not an orthopedic I would ever trust. He mainly cares about surgery, so if that is not the course of action you choose he simply doesn’t care. I was begging him to get an MRI before signing up for physical therapy, to make sure they treat me the right way and he wouldn’t give it to me. FYI on the second opinion I got, the first thing the orthopedic said is I need an MRI… My other complain is with the staff at the front desk, although polite they are not helpful at all and inhumane the way they treat you. On top of that, I was trying to get a copy of my X-Ray and they wouldn’t give it to me, although it is my right. In the end, after several phone calls, they gave me a scanned screenshot of the X-Ray which was not legible and forced me to take another X-Ray at the other place I went. Anyhow, for me these people are not professionals and I wouldn’t waste my time visiting their office.
