Went there at 6:35pm on a Tuesday night for a UTI and I was told the wait would be 2 hours because they stopped taking patients to get caught up for the day. I told them that’s fine I’d just wait. Well 5 minutes later a heavy set Spanish girl comes out and tells me they are closed and no longer seeing anyone. I said well it says you close at 8pm? She said we do we open at 8am tomorrow so you can come back! I said are you sure you may turn me away again and claim not to be open like now? She said you’re right we probably will. Then told me I’m not welcome to come tomorrow either. I’m confused your hours say you’re open yet you just turn people away because it’s been a busy day? Must be nice! These are supposed to be doctors here to help us? Yet they just decide todays been busy so turn anyone else away Why don’t you change your hours and close earlier if you don’t want to help people

The person at the front office was very welcoming . She was very informative in answering questions. The waiting period to see the medical care person was very reasonable. He guided me to the examination room and took vital signs and a covid test specimen. The test results came back in 15 minutes and results explained to me by the physician assistant. All was very professional.

2 visits and completely satisfied. I have waited a minimal amount of time to see a doctor. Maybe 15-20 each visit. The girls at the desk are very pleasant. I haven’t felt rushed or as if I was a bother to anyone. Including the nurses. They are very nice as well. This will be my go to for a quick visit. Great place very nice staff! Thanks

This was my 1st time there. The service was wonderful. As soon as we got in my daughter was called. The assistant asked me if I wanted to join my daughter, which I appreciated it due to my daughter being she is 19years old. She was very pleasant. The doctor was also wonderful and funny. I definitely will recommend. Oh yeah and I was a walk-in. They didn’t give me any hassles at all.

Although they were super busy, they took care of me and were very nice. I noticed other people in the waiting room were impatient and grouchy but the front desk personnel were very nice and explained it may be a bit of a wait. Janice was very helpful in the check in process. Thank you Janice and Juliana and to the providers at this location for taking care of me.

Got there at 8 am for their 8 am open time. Walked in when doors electronically opened and walked over to the front desk. I was NOT greeted when I approached. As I stood there and the girl finished her conversation wirh a coworker, I was then barked at that the doctor wasn’t there yet and I couldn’t wait inside and that I should return in 15 minutes. I asked if they would signal to come in and she said no just come back in 15 minutes. Absolutely the least compassionate reception I have ever received in an urgent care type place. Major training needs to be done at this facility front desk wise. Clearly they were NOT trained and have no instincts on how to treat patients at the front desk. Also-opening late at an urgent care doesn’t say a lot either about the facility. Next time we will use the one 2 minutes away that we used to go to.
