I haven't had reason to be admitted here, but from what I have seen in bringing people here to be treated, I think the processes and treatment are excellent.

Thanks to the fantastic team of Fortis.
I recently had an excellent experience at Fortis Hospital while my mother was admitted.
Thanks to Dr Mugdha who provided clear communication throughout her stay.
The staff was incredibly caring and attentive, Sister Anju, Sister Annie , Sister Blessy , Nursing supervisors Sister Mini and Sister Reni , ensuring she received top-notch medical care.
The facilities were clean and well-equipped, and I’m grateful for the support and professionalism shown by everyone.

The security staff at the hospital are highly unprofessional and inconsistent in their behavior. At times, they are completely absent, while at other times they cause unnecessary issues, such as arguing over whether two or three people can enter the room. We understand the rules and sought the necessary approvals. The approval committee had informed us that we could coordinate with security guards to alternate between attendants, as my mother requires 24/7 care, and we needed to rotate caretakers over the course of a week. We understand the rules from hospital but I definitely see they make exceptions for rich folks/politicians.

While the nurses are performing their duties, they are not available around the clock and often do not respond promptly, even after we have informed them multiple times of an issue. As a result, we require continuous assistance, which means that occasionally more than two people are in the room at once, especially for tasks like handing over essential items and keeping my mother’s spirits up during her extended hospital stay.

We booked a premium deluxe room specifically to accommodate these needs, but the security guards still engage in unnecessary arguments, even when they know additional people will only be present for a short time before leaving. This makes the situation frustrating and defeats the purpose of having a premium room. I find these disputes pointless, and security staff should be better informed of the specific needs of patients, especially those coming from distant cities for treatment.

Currently i admitted my wife for a fibroid surgery , which is done successfully thanks to the doctor.

1. Left alone Patient without informing attendant : -- My wife entered in Operation theater at 9 am , and i was informed to wait outside of OT .
i was waiting and then i received a call at 12 come to gate of OT , i went there and asked then they asked again to wait for some time
i waited 1, hour and asked again , every 30 minutes i was asking to OT manager, they said your patient is in observation in recovery .
after 2.5 hours at 2:30 pm i came down to my allotted room there i found my patient unattended lied on bed and she was there since 1 hour since 1:30 pm .

How irresponsible and pathetic management you are doing i can't believe such a so called famous hospital chain .

Caring and professional staff. Clean hospital. Had given 5 stars until it came to billing. Here’s why: was told, by the billing team and doctor, that the procedure would cost x amount, but 3x if there was any complication. Surgery happened without complication. So x right? No. 3x cos it seems they made a mistake saying x. For a super simple procedure the charge is way beyond what it should be. and been waiting standing at reception for the last 1.5 hrs because of this so called “error”.

My baby daughter was born here. I am highly satisfied with everything about this hospital starting from it's infrastructure to it's doctor's and nursing staff. At no point did I feel unattended during our 3 days admission there. They also provided us with a lot of complimentary services on the birth of my girl child like cake, complimentary lunch for couple, gifts, photoshoot etc... and everybody was so courteous and generous to make sure we are comfortable.
I would highly recommend this hospital at least for obstetrics and gynecology department. Dr. Supriya Goyal along with the entire team is superb and prompt at their work.

I like this hospital for a highly experienced and skilled team of doctors. Hygiene and peace make patients comfortable. The nursing staff is very caring. Food provided to patients is good and reaches timely. However, the admission process is a little tedious.
