All very efficient, I didn't waste their time, nor did they waste mine, just confirmed what I thought I needed and gave me the referral I needed.

Wait time was good for a Wednesday afternoon with 5 people ahead of me. Check-in was efficient; always make sure you have your ID and medical card.

The clerk woman Patricia G thinks she can do whatever she wants there. She discriminates people at her will. At first when I arrived and greeted her she was rude. I said " good morning Patricia" because I recognized her from my last visit. She didnt reply and showed herself annoyed. I then asked how many patients in front of me, because I had my blind mother waiting for me on the street and needed to know. Also I had a broken toe which was hurting.
When she she said one, a lady who was sitting there, I decided to check in to be seen by the doctor.
Patricia decided to give me a hard time with my check in registration saying I should use the qr code and not a paper form. I did the qr code but then she changed her mind saying I needed the paper form. I did fill the paper form and she acknowledged I was there for a broken toe. In the middle of completing my check in registration she stopped and decided to call a man who had NOT checked in, whispering to him she will pass him first!!
The man was calm, relaxed and with nothing broken but she still decided to slide him before me putting him first inside to see the doctor. Unprofessional. She ruins the good work of the nurses and doctors there. Please have her respect people and treat everyone equally, not according to her wish and own interests. Its a clinic not her own space to her to do whatever she wants. Patients should not have to deal with her actions according to her mood. Rude and unprofessional.

Upon arriving as a new patient, you’ll have to scan a QR code for registration. It took a minute because my child is the patient. (For some reason Google has my child name here). It was confusing. Hard to tell which sections to fill out for myself or my child. The male front desk person informed me to ask any questions about the registration. Eventually the registration was filled out with a few things not (things I didn’t know immediately). Thereafter, the wait wasn’t too bad for an urgent care. There were easily maybe 12 patients there in that time period we were there. Some of those 12 were being seen already, some were sitting and, some were arriving. I’d like to say the time experience with an appointment with PCP doctor, from beginning to end, was better with this urgent care. That’s something. However, don’t think your urgent care visit trumps PCP, the urgent care staff will inform you. The day we went the staff that serviced us were good. They wasn’t grumpy or peculiar. They were professional yet had personality. They wasn’t so serious that they couldn’t provide a smile. The clinic was very balanced this particular day. I liked this for my son and I. Even with having an urgent matter I don’t expect doctors, nurses or staff to be grumpy or too serious that their personalities aren’t allowed to be there. With all the things the clinics or hospitals are faced with they deserve balance. I understand every workday at a medical care facility won’t be a pleasant one. With all the stress that first responders have to endure, I am sure there are not so good days. Thank you for the service for an urgent matter. Thank you provider Sharon. Be well.

The staff were all great. Starting with the receptionist who was very tentative and showed lots of compassion for myself and the patients that walked in. The Xray technician was wonderful and very comforting with me. I was in pain and she was very patient with me and not rushing to complete. It's so great to see happy people enjoying their careers.

I recently had to visit this clinic on four different occasions over the last two months. Patricia at the front desk is awesome, super sweet and pleasant. Bri and Shauna were outstanding, super attentive, efficient and awesome to deal with. On one of the visits I saw Sharon- worst experience ever. If she is in the clinic that day avoid seeing her- absolute worst

I recently had to visit this clinic and it was very convenient. There's metered parking on the street, it was Sunday so we didn't have to pay. The waiting area was clean and empty. The front desk person has you scan a QR code and input all your information for check-in. It cost $215 if you don't have insurance and there may be additional charges based on other test you may need. I was examed by Anh and Shana. Coming from a holistic upbringing doctors visit can be a bit scary, frustrating and overwhelming. These two were very patient, kind, efficient, attentive and reassuring. They exemplified what great bedside manor should feel like. Thank you Anh and Shana for helping me when I wasn't feeling so great. I appreciate your efforts and caring demeanor. Please continue to spread this kind of energy, it makes a difference!
