The experience was okay. The staff answered with "yeah' and 'no' reponses. I couldn't get much out of them when asking questions, AND they had their name badge flipped so that their names are not visible, starting with the receptionists to the nursing staff. I will definitely report it to the state - their names and credentials need to be visible to the patients/public.

Absolutely horriblle. Customer service skills none. Patient care doesn’t exist. Waited well over an hour for imaging appointment. No notice, no updated, eventually had to cancel. Do not trust your health to these people.

Awful scheduling. Called today and asked when they would have the next availability for an MRI of my knee. Explained that I have the doctor order.
The woman scheduling would not answer without my date of birth and all information. I'm only out in the desert this trip for a few days so if they had no availability that whole exercise was pointless but I got nowhere with her. I hung up, called another place that does MRI's. They told me availability, , had an appointment time that worked and then took all my information. That's how it should be. Like any other service medical services should have reasonable customer service.

Some of the rudest ladies at the front desk, brought my mother to get an MRI, and neither of the two ladies ever smiled or were nice to anyone as we sat waiting and waiting. One of the ladies argued with me on how long we had been waking once my mother had taken the sedation med. We had been waiting over an hour and once I asked if the forgot they got her right in . Just a suggestion, hire friendly people for your front desk
