I never thought I’d be writing such a positive review about a dentist!! I had a dental issue whilst travelling and popped into D Spa to see if they could help. The service from the reception staff and dental nurse initially were great. Friendly, helpful and detailed. They followed this up with squeezing me in the following day with a 40minute treatment with an excellent dentist. The best dental treatment I’ve received. Explained clearly, treated efficiently and some advice to take home with me. If I lived in Melbourne these guys would be my regular dentist! Highly recommended.

I had two appointments with D-Spa so far and am extremely happy!
Elle was the dentist who took great care of me, she's passionate, tidy, experimented, make her best to get you feel comfortable. She's also very friendly and that makes a big difference. Plus an amazing job done.
Kat took care of my bookings and forwarding information plus guidance very well and giving a great mood for the end of the day after your appointments.
Excellent feedback on all aspects, they will make you want to go there more often for sure 😀

I went there few weeks ago and it was my first visit. I'm always nervous when it comes to dental care but they made me feel relaxed right from the moment I stepped into the clinic. It was so welcoming and I was warmly greeted by their receptionist. She already knew who I was and that it's my first visit. My dentist/ oral care therapist Romy was also very gentle and friendly with me. I was also fascinated at their advanced technology where they showed a pictorial of my teeth/ gums profile. I enjoyed the experience and will definitely go back again.

When I walked into D-Spa I was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation.

I was offered a beautiful gift – as it was my first-time appointment, which was a lovely gesture.

My dentist took the time and care to take me through everything she would be doing in the appointment and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable.

The entire appointment was the most comprehensive and thorough I’ve ever had at any dental practice.

I can certainly recommend this practice to anyone who reads this review.

John (dentist) and Elle (dental hygienist)are exceptional at their jobs,explaining procedures clearly and performing them gently. I also felt the dental nurses were switched on and empathetic. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years. I know, I know not great, I had never been because I couldn't really afford it before now and nothing was hurting so I let sleeping tooths lay, I was young and stupid I didn't wear sunscreen either - anyway. I was really anxious about this appointment. Not that anything was going to be wrong but that the dental team would judge me, or think I am gross or lazy or like make me feel bad. Honestly I don't know why, I don't even care what people think about me normally - I just felt very self conscious about this because I knew I had dropped the ball.

Now, I say this with me whole heart. Romeny and her assistant (who's name I can't remember but she just got new table cloths & loves Pepsi MAX, and is a total icon) are two of the kindest most genuine humans I have ever met. I am so grateful for their time and consideration - they explained things too me even though I did not care or understand them. They took the time to make me feel really comfortable and fine and dare I say excited about my future care plan. I was judged, I didn't get in trouble, I was understood and celebrated for getting my adult life together.

Also they did a banging job - my teeth are so clean and white, honestly I have a whole new mouth. I am out here French killing myself my teeth feel so good.

Thank you - thank you - thank you. You made what was a huge cause of anxiety totally fine. If you are like me and you don't know where to start or how too. These are the 2 people you NEED to see. NEED - GO - MAKE THE APPOINTMENT - THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
