Dr. Jam was referred to me by a close friend that had a very successful bunion surgery, and I'm so grateful for that referral. I had several chronic issues, bone spurs, bunion and joint, and Dr. Jam and the whole team at Tower Foot and Ankle were fantastic. They discussed alternative approaches to surgery (orthodics) and we tried those, and it became eviedent surgery was necessary. Dr. Jam spent quite a bit of time at each visit explaining X-ray and MRI results, the process, the recovery and answered all my questions thoroughly. I am currently nearly four weeks post op and feeling great, and the surgery went fantastic, and I can tell I'm positioned for great results. Also, Dr. Jam's attention to detail at every aspect, for instance, he is the only one that dresses my wound at the ER and all post op visits. Really appreciate his attention to detail and care and have already recommended him to a friend. Thank you Dr. Jam and staff!

Horrible experience with this doctors office. I had an emergency appointment and when I showed up the staff let me know they couldn’t accommodate me because they called to confirm, but never left messages. Additionally, minutes after I walked out of the office, I got a notification that they had just cancelled my appointment. They clearly forgot about my appointment, and lied straight to my face. Rude, inconsiderate, avoid at all costs.
