My experience with Dr. Kushner was extremely disappointing. He seemed completely uninterested in my concerns and barely cared about my diagnosis. The lack of attention and care was evident. His office staff is just as bad – they don’t bother reminding you about appointments, so you have to constantly follow up with them, and they overbook appointments, making the entire process feel rushed and chaotic. While Dr. Kushner may be a competent doctor, he lacks the sensitivity and humanity that patients need. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone seeking thoughtful or reassuring care.

I went to DR Kushner for years and I decided to switch to Gyn. Dr Daniel himself has great bedside manner, but I was dissatisfied with the actual medical services; my issues were often downplayed and chugged down to birth control pills. Fine, right or wrong, with increasing pelvic pain going over a year and 19 cysts growing in my breast, I decided to take my services elsewhere and switch to a program and doctors that I felt could meet my level of expectations and can follow up on my concerns with a more serious and thorough approach. Then that's when it became upsetting. Most medical offices that I go to have a portal to access your historical records which is such a great solution. I can compare records, pull records, review them as needed and follow up etc. Dr Daniel's office does not offer a portal for some random archaic reason. Anytime you need a record, you have to call in and they are always scrambling as if they have never released a med record before. They are inconsistent and never want to tell you what the exact process is as if there is something to hide. One day, they actually called doc Daniel to come and talk to me to find out why i need my med record which did not make sense. The last time I asked for a copy of my last exam, the staff was frankly unprofessional and immature in their interaction and did not follow up on releasing the record even after a couple of follow up requests and having to wait on hold. At some point when I insisted that I need to understand what the process is to obtain the request and a good time to call, the receptionist was laughing as she told me she had no idea, she added that she does not know when I could get my record and when I should call back. When I called her out on the fact that she was laughing and not being professional she said, 'I don't know what to tell you, I don't know anything, we are busy.' This is just a reflection of how much of a joke the staff itself thinks the office is.

This has been my Dr. for many years. Always beyond understanding and so helpful. He listens and helps with anxiety with whatever I’ve experienced. I am now pregnant and it’s all been so scary but the entire staff and Dr. K has been nothing but kind and gentle. Thank you Team

Dr Kushner was there for me every step of the way after receiving worry-some testing results early in my pregnancy. Anytime I felt confused or scared, Dr K was always so calming and was able make me feel comfortable and bring me out of the “google spiral” I went on. He explained things in terms I understood and eased my anxiety on the next steps to come. He has a gentle attitude and kind demeanor, which I appreciate. He also has a very kind receptionist.

I know he has a million patients, but when it came to my turn, I always had his full attention and understanding. Dr. K truly made me feel like my story was the only story that mattered while speaking with me.

Thank you so much for being there in such a potentially tough time, we will never forget the 110% you gave for us!

Doctor Kushner is my OBGYN for many years now and many of my family and friends too. He’s been helping me with my PCOS and endometriosis flareups for years. He is so understanding and easy to talk to about anything, and his exams are quick and painless. I don’t even feel it when he takes blood. The office receptionists and ultrasound technician team are always so high spirited, I feel they are like family. Haley and Yomaira are so helpful, there is definitely no doom and gloom in that office, and it’s so funny to hear Dr Kushner’s happy voice in the hallway with all his languages. I feel he is there too help me with my problems and questions, not judge me for them! And he’s very on top of things, I got a results phone call once at 6:30 at night, because he stays late checking everything. Just a great doctor, and awesome person too, he’s very nice to his team and it reflects on how they are to patients.

My girlfriend recently received a scary diagnosis from her family doctor with and had to see a Gyn surgeon. I picked Dr Kushner based upon reviews and a friends recommendation and we went for a consultation. I thought things started off terribly because they didn’t receive any of the records, but the secretary said not to worry, Dr K always figures it out. I’m thinking, this sure is an interesting place…

Any way, my girlfriend C has terrible anxiety but somehow he had her LAUGHING by the end of the consult. She had a procedure the next week, and things have been great ever since. Dr Kushner is a kind, funny doctor and an AMAZING PCOS surgeon, and I give him the highest recommendation and that’s a lot coming from me.
