This is my second go around with CORA. Pre-surgery and now post surgery. From the minute I walk in the door I’m greeted with sincere smiles and, “how are you doing?”
Rose and Carolyn (gal with green hair tips) have great customer service skills.
All of the therapist I’ve worked with are compassionate yet very professional and motivating to do better.
Rich (manager) watches everyone’s work and progress, and I really like working with him. I’m going to be sad when my last day comes, but my left shoulder will hopefully be next. Best decision I ever made was to have a reversed shoulder surgery. Thank you CORA!

From the minute you walk in and are greeted by Laura and Rose the care couldn’t be anymore perfect! These two ladies make sure you always have your appointments and manage to work them around any obstacles. Their hands on assistance with the elderly with filling out paperwork or checking in is done with great compassion, kindness and knowledge of their job. As a Registered Nurse of 30+ years I’ve seen all kinds of therapists good and bad but all of therapists are so knowledgeable and great professionals in their field at Cora of Longwood. Dorothy did my initial evaluation and gave me the kindness I needed in the beginning as the pain was severe. She is an expertise in her field. She gently pushed me and I saw progress. Khaina is my cheerleader! She doesn’t let you have a bad day. She points out progress and keeps you on a positive tract and you leave each session feeling accomplished. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better Deanna joined the team. Her education for me has been so crucial. She gives me a great plan for days at home to work on. She is extremely good at educating me on why my muscles are fighting back. James PT floated there yesterday and worked with me and his care was seamless as Deana had given him a thorough report on me. I haven’t had the pleasure of working with Richard yet but have watched his care and know he is also above and beyond. This group of individuals works so very hard and I can’t thank them enough for all they are doing to restore my mobility. A VERY AMAZING TEAM!!!

I came to Cora as a result of complex shoulder surgery after an auto accident. From day one, Sandy at the front desk made me feel comfortable and at home. She always greets me with a smile and kind word. All of the therapists are well informed and dedicated to their work. They are wonderful at encouraging you to push hard towards your recovery. For me though, Steffi has stood out from the rest. She partnered with me early in my PT journey and has committed to my full recovery. Her techniques are varied and creative including assisted stretch, scrapping, and smashing as well as many other stretching and strengthening exercises. I fully believe my progress towards full range of motion and strength is owed to her dedication to her work! It’s rare to find a place as focused on their goal and a person as passionate about her patients as Steffi! If you are looking for a great place for your PT, I highly recommend Cora of Longwood!

I had a chance to brag to some of the uppers at Cora, but wanted to also make note here about the amazing service Longwood Cora provides. The front office staff always greet me by my name when arriving in person and when I call, always have appointments that work with my busy schedule and are SO friendly.
I disabled my back over 4 years ago and had began to accept the disability after seeing two other physical therapists centers when I decided to come to Cora for my 3rd and last attempt this past year. I wish I had come to them sooner as they have gotten me farther in such a short time than I thought possible. I had been struggling to bend to even touch my knees or twist in any way but am beginning to get my range of motion to a better place actually being able to reach the top of my shoe laces on good days now.
Thank you Alex for working with me to find ways to get me to this place and show me stretches and exercises that help me navigate though my daily life and work needs.
It also helps that all the other staff members jump in to help one another and the patients when needed and I have yet to find an employee that doesn’t seem to love working there. Thank you Longwood Cora. I am so very thankful for you all!
