Arriving in Tokyo from New Zealand my daughter left all her prescription medicines behind, so we were fortunate to find this clinic, and a kiwi doctor (!) who was able to prescribe replacements to cover our trip. Dr Cammack was great, and even more so when I developed a potentially serious condition which could have prevented my flight home. He quickly arranged tests and ultra sound - all on-site- to reassure me, and the airline, that I was fit to travel. Really excellent service, I can’t praise it enough. A great resource for all travellers to Japan.

I can deeply recommend this clinic! I felt very ill but had no appointment! The staff was very nice and I only had to wait a few minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Ivor Cammack was very caring and patient. He explained everything precisely and in an easy way. Thank you for the excellent treatment!

I was in Japan for a holiday in April after flying in from India, and I was feeling quite unwell due to suspected food poisoning, so I made my way to this clinic as it was the closest to my accommodation.
Even though I didn't have a booking, I was able to get an appointment pretty quick (the wait was less than 30 min). The doctor I saw (Dr. Sasae) was super nice, prescribed me some antibiotics and arranged for a lab test, and I'm happy to say the medicine made me feel better almost instantly.
The prices were pretty reasonable too - the total came to around $300 (got a third of it back from travel insurance). I'm super grateful for all the staff and doctors who helped me, not to mention I was able to get back to enjoying my trip!

Would 100% recommend this clinic to any foreigners visiting Tokyo should they need medical attention.

Dr. Ivor was great. Really helpful. They speak English and you don’t need insurance. It is easy to book an appointment and they will treat you quickly. My wife had a sickness and they ran multiple tests and prescribed medication which they had on hand immediately - did not have to go to separate lab or pharmacy. After difficulties with breathing/snoring i was recommended to make an appointment with Dr. Nagano who is the ENT specialist. He was able to diagnose my deviated septum and told me that in order to fix the problem I would require surgery. He helped me arrange this with him at his local hospital. The surgery went very well and my breathing/snoring has improved greatly. I would highly recommend him to anyone with similar issues.

I am in Tokyo on business through the end of November, and within my first few days of arrival, developed a condition that necessitated the need for medical attention. I scheduled an appointed with Tokyo Medical and Surgical Clinic and was seen by Dr. Cammack the same day. Dr. Cammack was incredibly thorough in his evaluation, and I was immediately at ease and knew that I was in good hands allaying all concerns in light of the fact that I am quite a distance from home. We scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day despite his full schedule, and Dr. Cammack arranged for me to see a specialist a couple day thereafter- both doctors have exceptional bedside manner and were in communication with me end to end showing genuine care for my situation. I relayed my experience with Dr. Cammack and the practice to my company's HR department and will be recommending them to colleagues on future business travel should there ever be a need for medical attention. I highly recommend Tokyo Medical and Dr. Cammack.

Fantastic experience at the clinic. My daughter complained of a stomach ache. In the space of 1 hour, we got an initial doctor’s consultation, blood test, urine test, x-ray and a follow up consultation for a diagnosis. Cost about $500AUD. My private Health Insurance paid most of it. The doctor was English speaking, answered all questions and put our mind at easy. It turns out she had acid reflux. I highly recommend this clinic for Australians who are visiting Tokyo. High quality health care.
