Very courteous and professional. My primary care folks were too busy to see me, so I checked in online, completed the forms and visited the clinic early next day. After routine tests, they took 2 x-rays and gave me the results before leaving the area.

Lian Yuan NP is probably the worst provider I have experienced in my life!!! I took my mother there last week and Lian was very incompetent with her job and to make it worse extremely rude with her behavior! She should not be in this job with such an unfriendly attitude towards her patients/customers. I am never going to this place again and will make sure none of my friends and acquaintances plan to go there! She puts a bad name to St David’s which I have a high respect for.

We have been to this location several times before, with good experiences, but that was not the case yesterday. It may have been an off day, but if it's a pattern, I felt like I needed to write a public review. The location seemed understaffed, and there was a long lag between patients. Despite checking in online and receiving a text to come in for our turn, we waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 40 minutes in the exam room before seeing the NP. I was not confident in the exam and it was not professional. I have reached out to the clinic with my feedback and I hope they are aware of these issues. I'm hoping they will solve them, but I will no longer go to this urgent care.

The front desk, nurse, and doctor were really nice! Even with my dehydration the nurse only poked me one time and drew blood on the first try! The only downfall to my visit is how long I was waiting to see the doctor throughout my visit. One moment he’d be gone for 5 minutes and then the next I was waiting for 30+ minutes. I understand he was a one man team(other than his nurses) but when you’re sick it’s not fun waiting so long.
