I’ve never received service from this company (and never will after reading the other reviews), I just felt the need to review this company’s driving! I saw their company van (plate 37D PEN) driving on the highway, the 528, on October 4th around 10:20 am, and whoever the driver was, they were driving so recklessly! Speeding like crazy, cutting everyone off without even using their blinkers, constantly swerving from lane to lane, they were driving like a total maniac!!! They kept changing lanes so abruptly you could see the tall van sway from left to right. I never ever write reviews but their driving was so dangerous I felt the need to take a pic and leave a review. I’ve never seen anyone drive a company car like this. And reading their other bad reviews makes sense. Bad driving, bad service. Don’t waste your time here.

I bought a new home from Meritage Homes. This company wired my house. During the walk-through, the house had many incomplete electrical services, like plugs not working, etc. They came to my house weeks after the closing date, and their supervisor saw that I had added four spotlights in the dining room. I am having electrical issues all over my house: garage, kitchen, kitchen hall, and master bedroom lights are not working, and they are refusing to do the warranty service in my house, saying that I modified the system. It is ridiculous. The system I am having issues with is isolated with different breakers from the dining room system. Before buying a house, make sure what electrical company is responsible; run away from it if it is this one—worst electrical company experience ever in my entire life. I hope Meritage overrules this time insane situation and gets all these problems fixed since this is a 7 months house.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. The work done in my house was incomplete, leading to Meritage having to open a claim at the closing date. This was the first instance of poor service I experienced with your company.
When your team arrived, they refused to do the work because they saw the four spotlights being added in the dining room, and the second lousy service was identified. I had to insist that the issue was detected during the walkthrough and had nothing to do with it. It is not true that I have made more electrical changes in my house, and your team identified that, first because it is not true and second because your team only had access to the downstairs. I bet you will come to my home and identify any other changed area. And yes, I am dealing with Meritage to have the service done. Your reply reinforces your words' lack of truth, which only supports my review.

Where do I start? I came to their website and was not surprised in the least that this company has only 1 star! I had to give them 1 star to even be able to comment about their service.
We own a home that needed some work done by our builder and c and b was the company Lennar chose for the work. First big mistake!
There were several homes in our neighborhood that had the same work and now that we are in the process of selling our home, we found out that they dropped the ball and did not complete it by closing out the electrical permit. Our title company found out it had an open electrical permit. The contractor from C and B just “happens” to not remember doing work on our house when we got ours done at the same time our neighbors did! So when trying to resolve the issue with them and several phone calls later, they are still unsatisfactory in their service. We told them that we NEED this to be done so that we can close on our house on the scheduled date. They had plenty of time and and we were told by Carla that this would be completed and taken care of! Here we are 1 week before we close and this has not been done! My husband had to go to the city hall in St. Cloud to pay for the inspection to be done so that we will be able to close! This is ridiculous and unsatisfactory. None of this was our fault! As you can tell, we are livid. Especially for the fact that we were told that they would take care of the issue! Today, I tried calling several times to speak to their office again and they have their calls going to an answering service. Of course! I would highly recommend staying away from this unprofessional unsatisfactory company!

They wired my home, they no longer service it. I was asked if the home was built before 2012, I said yes. They no longer service homes built before 2012. Guess it’s time to take the sticker off.

I am starting this off as a 5 star since my new house electrical was installed by C&B Electric and my phone call interactions with the staff have been courteous and professional. I do have an appointment with an employee that will come out and provide an estimate for a new exterior outlet that I need for my whole house water softener and filtration system. So after each interaction with the staff I will either keep the rating as is or adjust accordingly.

Nov 5 update: An electrician just came out, evaluated my request, provided a quote through the main office, and installed the exterior outlet with all the latest safety standards. He was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable as well. My rating will stay as is.
