My husband & I had an appointment Oct. 2nd. Always a great experience. Tempest helped us out with the glasses. She was always smiling & was very knowledgeable. Great customer service. Thank you. Tempest is a great asset to your company. Every employee there are very kind .

I have been a customer for approximately five years and initially was very pleased with the company. Over the past couple years the last three pairs of glasses I have received from this company have been horrible. I pay for transitions and scratch resistant, which is not cheap. I Have used nothing but the cleaner they have provided me along with the shammy and they are still getting scratched and they don’t transition. I’m disabled and basically lay in a bed all day so there is no reason for them to be getting scratched the way they do. I will no longer be using this company.

My husband and i find that the America's Best is a remarkable establishment that runs like a well oiled machine. Aside from Dr. Velasco being a professional who was thorough, quick and kind, everyone was amazing. From the receptionist, to the tech, Optician, and sales associate Brian. Brian is my dream optical sales associate. He is patient and thorough by taking the time to answer all my questions to ensure that we received the best possible experience. Can't wait to receive our new specs!

Very displeased with the Doctor Who did my eye exam. The person rush through it I was talked into extra testing and paid for it but afterwards they said oh well we can do it because no one’s driving you dilation but they still charge me $30. This is my first time using this location, but my third time using this company in Tennessee. It was fine but after this visit, I’ll never use the Apopka location again.

Annual eye exam, the service was quick and easy. The only thing I can say was bad is the doctor was late and we had to wait for the computer to boot up but once that issue was resolved the appointment went quickly. Aaliyah,my sales girl was very knowledgeable and polite. Even though I didn’t buy glasses she gave me advice to call my vision plan to find a vision provider in network who will cover more money on my glasses purchase.
