We had our sons Tonsils and Adenoids surgery and it went very well. Our doctor (Wasylik), anesthesiologist , and nurse were excellent, very communicative. It was super fast (around 20 mins). After care was great!!! Very kind staff. I’m glad we did it here

My daughter had surgery here for ear tubes. She is also autistic, the staff was so incredible. Kind, professional, made us feel so comfortable. I was very nervous, she has major sensory issues- they asked how they could help make her feel more comfortable. They adjusted lights for her etc. amazing place. Dr.Orobello performed her surgery- he talked to us before and after surgery. He was SO amazing, very considerate and made us as parents felt like we could breathe. Definitely recommend this place!! I’m so so grateful my daughter was in such good hands ?

I went here when I was 17 and it was my very first experience having surgery and it was an amazing experience. I remember waking up and the nurse asked me if I wanted to see my parents which I obviously did want.
I remember being in the surgery room and seeing so many nurses and a doctor. I know got to hold my mask and the doctor told me if I feel dizzy or woozy to let him know and that's the last thing I remember..
The staff B were nice and very informative and were the absolute best ?

When I should be solely focused on my son post surgery, I am instead writing a review to express my disappointment in the treatment I received after bringing my son in for surgery. After a misunderstanding of when my son last consumed water, I informed the nurse that he did not drink the bottle of water that I gave to him prior to coming in. I initially already felt like I was not greeted or welcomed in positive manner but then I suppose this may have agitated her even more. She proceeds to get the anesthesiologist to come and give me what felt like a mini lecture about the effects of eating and/or consuming liquids prior to surgery. I was highly offended due to my own educational background and knowledge of how procedures work, but I let them do their job. This review is in hopes that no other mother has to feel the way I felt when I had to look them in the eye and ask “Why would I lie?”. Especially after initially telling them that he had water in which I thought he drank. My son’s safety is far more important than an adenoidectomy procedure that can be rescheduled.

The nurse did follow up and explain to me why they had to ask questions. I suppose we are all subjected to the negligence of some parents who story tell (lie). I would love to offer a tip. It is not what you say, it is how you say it. My integrity was insulted and all I can do is pray this never happens to the parents of any future patients. I assured my husband that things would be fine without him there but I drove home wishing he would have come.

Nonetheless, Dr. Wasylik was very professional but I would not recommend this location to anyone. It’s a pediatric surgery center and there in fact should have been more smiles from everyone, including the anesthesiologist. However, if you do choose to go here, bring support and do not schedule on Fridays because they want to go home.

Im very satisfied with the service i received by Dr. John Coughlin his staff. Dr. They made me feel so comfortable about my son procedure i highly recommend to anyone looking for a great pediatric surgeon that works with a awesome staff.

I can’t stress enough how great this place is. Dr. Andrew is just an angel. He made sure that my daughter was comfortable. He came to see me and explain how the procedure went. Even called me the next day. The staff was great. They do this 30 times a day yet they give you the amount of attention needed. Thank you for taking care of my daughter!
