Just had my first, initial visit, I found this place because they came into my room at the hospital and pretty much begged for patients. It’s a nice place but overall customer service is very poor, the nurse was very dismissive and you could tell she didn’t want to be there, the front desk as well. Dr. Gigi wasn’t the most personable Dr either. She was pretty rude and gave us the most basic response to our questions. I asked for information on a vaccine she said she’d print me out a pamphlet to read… she could not wait to leave the room and it’s sad they had only a few people there when I visited and still the attention to patients is lacking. My daughter did not like to be touched by Dr Gigi and I could feel the energy in the room just being very hostile and dismissive. Overall not a good experience and transferring my care as soon as possible. Like I said this was not my first choice but they came to my hospital room when I was admitted and I figured it would make things easier to just go with them as I hadn’t had time to search pediatricians. But I wish I would’ve did a little more homework on them. I did not like the experience at all.

This place came up to my wife after having a baby in the hospital and basically begging for new patients and asked for our child to start comin for his check ups. We didnt ask to be a patient. But Because it was close we said ok. Our 1st 2 visits our insurance did not have them as the PCP and they took us and we had our Dr visits. Easy. Simple. But Now the 3rd visit came, our Insurance is still good And active but they wouldn't see us unless we called our insurance and have them change our pcp to their name. Because they want to have there names on more cards due to the place being so new. The phone wait to change with Insurance would of been 45 min so they expected us to wait 45 min and then run into other ppls appt times. If it was such an issue it should of been discussed prior to the visit for 1 and for 2 it didn't matter the other 2 Dr visits but now it does? The ppl at the front desk don't want to work or do anything other then gossip about the ppl in the waiting area which is extremely unprofessional, or just play on their cellphones. And to be frankly honest I don't think I ever been to the pcp on any of my insurance cards my entire life, there always not accepting patients or booked up and we've always been forced to go elsewhere where they accepted the Insurnace and no one has ever made us sit down and call to change the name on the card for the pcp prior to appt or threatened to not be seen. This place is ridiculous, unprofessional, and way to new. They have no set systems in place to take care of simple daily desk and office duties. If the front desk ppl can't do anything other then play on their phones and gossip about guests then it makes me not even trust the doctors. It's not a warm welcome when u walk in either they make u feel lile ur a bother like they don't wanna deal with guest. More and more pll are going to start declining their services if they saw what we saw and feel what we feel

My first time here. Annual checkup. Seen on-time. Caring and courteous staff, from the receptionist, nursing staff, and the doctor as well. Good people operating their facility perfectly. Highly recommended.
