The staff at the surgical center was great! The woman working the front desk when we arrived at 530am was very pleasant! She tried to help us as best she could. I will say the billing process is not the greatest, they make you pay up front, and then worry about insurance on the back end.

The nursing staff were all AMAZING! We were lucky enough to have Katherine who was both knowledgeable and very sweet. Everyone we encountered from start to finish was fabulous. I’m sure they deal with a lot of silly patients coming off of anesthesia, but they humored my husband who was convinced he now looked like a Kardashian

The best surgery I ever experienced. Awesome crew. Thumbs up to everyone there. Had me for a while but worth every minute. The surgeon works magic , very little pain waking up and no pain at home don't even need my pain killers. I bet the healing will go just as good . thank you Master Dr. Ottie and your staff there.

This facility & staff were absolutely nothing short of incredible. From the moment I walked in, until getting helped into my vehicle every single staff member was accommodating, caring, thoughtful, happy & very comforting! The facility itself was VERY clean and inviting. This was the first surgery I ever received in my life so of course my anxiety was through the roof. From the moment I met my nurse Ryley, all of those nerves began to calm, she was very professional and personable, she explained everything she was doing perfectly and made me feel nothing but calm in her presence, she was also a complete joy to be around! My surgeon himself Dr Jablonski was amazing as well, he took the time to explain the exact steps of the surgery to me and ensured I felt comfortable with the explanation. But it didn’t end there, the anesthesiologist Dr Shah (I don’t remember her first name) was an absolute angel on earth. She made sure multiple times that I was okay (due to my PTSD) and even offered to switch out her assistant because he was a man. That meant the entire world to me that my comfort came before anything. She explained every step of her job as well & when she administered the nerve blocker I didn’t feel a thing! Upon waking up after my surgery I was greeted by another beautiful soul named Sara. She was just as calm and caring as the nurse Ryley before her. She took her time with me, my comfort and understanding the situation were of upmost importance to her! She helped me to the bathroom and made sure I was 100% okay every step of the way until I was able to use the bathroom, get dressed & was safely into my vehicle and ready to go home. The entire staff here should be very proud of themselves and the way they conduct their jobs. I could go on for hours about how truly incredible they are! You are always in safe hands here and I recommend anyone who needs surgery no matter where you live (I live an hour and a half away) to make the journey. I promise you, it’s worth it ! Thank you again Ryley, Sara, Dr Jablonski & Dr Shah for truly caring about me & my well-being & comfort. You are all truly incredible humans !

The surgical and nursing staff here are excellent and if I could review them separately, they would get 5 stars. However, I cannot in good conscience give more than 2 stars because their billing processes are inappropriate and ridiculous. As other reviewers have stated, they require payment in full of their 'estimated' costs up front or they will not perform your surgery, but the estimated costs are much higher than you will actually have to pay (because they estimate them before a claim has ever been submitted and they won't bother adjusting them if your deductible has been met by the day of your surgery) and then when you try to call them about a refund, mysteriously no one in the billing department is EVER available to talk to. You will end up leaving countless messages and if you are lucky enough to receive a call back, they have no idea what's going on anyway. We had to get our insurance company involved to get any movement whatsoever and they *still* owe us over $800 back. Their billing department needs a MAJOR overhaul before we will ever agree to have surgeries performed here again. It's such an unbelievable headache.

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience here. The ladies at check out were kind, sweet and caring. The nurses all went above and beyond to take care of our 2 year old son. They eve had stickers and a teddy bear waiting on his pre-op bed. They could see how nervous we were putting our two year old under to have surgery and they were just so amazing. Our nurse Sherri took him around the floor to walk and look around, she ended up taking him to the OR without causing a huge scene because she built a relationship with him while we waited. She then came to check on my husband and I and updated us as soon as surgery began and was there until we left and walked us to our car. Service like this is incredibly hard to come by and I cannot thank them enough!!!

It's been a week since I had my knee surgery there. Everyone I met there was courteous and efficient. The nurses were so kind and caring, not like you would expect. You feel as if you have made a new friend. I have a lot of drug allergies and they treated me with care and respect even though I made their job much more difficult then most patients. I felt very safe and I would not hesitate to have any additional surgeries there.
