I went in for a couple deep lacerations on my hands and was seen within about an hour, not bad considering how many people were coming and going at this location.

Dottie and Samantha took excellent care of me and made me feel practically at home with how comforting they were when helping me. I'd recommend this location for their hospitality alone. Very pleasant visit despite the urgent circumstances.

I’ve been to this Urgent Care and I’ve received professional care, any person that thinks they can walk in and be seen within minutes is delusional, but they do the best they can. It doesn’t matter where you go, you wait for service for everything nowadays, what matters is that you are treated with dignity and respect and you can continue to go home knowing that you have been treated and if there’s further issues, then you follow up with your primary care if you have one.
Nicole is exceptional and professional and follows through as a good medical APRN should .
Enough said.

For my urgent care visit my provider was Nicole Kirley. She was very professional and thorough in addressing my ankle pain. If it wasn't for her going the extra step in doing blood work we wouldn't have found out what the cause for the pain was. I'm very thankful for her expertise and compassion during my visit and for all the staff for their support!

Apparently it’s an appointment clinic so not sure why they call it a walk in clinic. Checked the website for patient volume before I left and it said low. An hour and a half later still sitting and waiting.

Made an online appt for a tick bite and they took me right on time. The Receptionist was great and the doctor listened to my concerns about my antibiotics and I rate her five stars. But considering how many patients in the waiting room who were coughing and visibly look sick with runny noses and red tearing eyes? You would think that the nurse who took my vitals once she saw me with a mask on would have had enough respect once she saw me trying to protect myself to put a mask on herself? Zero stars for her considering just how many sick people that she probably is in close contact with in the course of a day? Totally unprofessional especially after what we have learned in the last 3-4 years about viruses and what they can do to someone who has serious underlying health issues that can kill them? Wake up Middlesex Hospital......

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they’re always quick to get people through, which is great for me when I have go before work, I don’t lose much time away from the office. They’re all fantastic!

Terrible cough got me to go here. In one visit I was tested for Covid, flu and had X-rays for pneumonia. X-rays are read by radiologists at Mx Hospital so there is a short wait. After examination I was given supportive consultation and prescriptions. All staff were kind, professional and friendly. Blessed to have such good coordinated care so close by.

Ugh I did not have a good experience here. To start the scales are held together with tape and they use the old school mercury thermometers, which is odd but not my complaint. I brought my 6 year old son in with a cough last Friday. The APRN told me his lungs sounded terrible and he "looks very sick" because his skin is so pale. I told her this is his baseline skin color, he is a very fair skinned child. She insisted his lungs sound awful and he looks very sick to her (his vitals were fine and he did not look sick at all to me). Some people are just fair skinned. She said to go to the Childrens Medical ER in Hartford right away. We went, 6 hours later the doctor was very confused as to what the APRN was talking about because his lungs were fine and he has no illness, just a lingering cough from a cold. What a waste of time. To the APRN - skin comes in a variety of colors, some people have fair skin. And maybe get a refresher course on listening to lungs.
