My husband needed to go to Urgent Care and we were extremely impressed with the handling of patients from the check in process through the nurse and PA who took care of us. The compassion and listening abilities of the nurse and PA were over and above what we expected. At no time did we fell like we were just a number.

Never a good time when your not feeling well. Stop at Urgent Care for an early morning stop in - without an appointment. Things were wonderful from the start of entering the building. The front desk staff were very kind, attentive, and professional. The entire appointment from the nurse to the doctor was outstanding. They listened, showed compassion, and really seemed to care about me.

Next I used the clinics pharmacy, again outstanding. Short wait time, they took the time to answer all my questions and gave me excellent suggestions.

I give the entire place I very excellent rating.

The wait time wasn’t long and the nurse and doctor I met with were so kind and compassionate. The doctor took the time to explain my X-ray and they listened to all my concerns. Very pleased with how this visit went!

Best and Kindest treatment I have ever experienced in urgent care! I really prefer seeing my primary doctor when I have a seriously pressing need, but sometimes life happens and that just isn’t practical. This was not my first experience at Aurora urgent care, but truly outstanding as always. The staff was sweet and kind even though I arrived at closing time, Dr Jon Carlson knew exactly what I needed and stayed a bit longer that night to help me. I have been skillfully treated, efficiently, and with a high level of dignity and respect. Thank you ALL

Staff was quick and kind; they gave me IV fluids, which 90% of urgent cares won't do. It saved me a $400 and much longer trip to the ER. Most urgent cares will send you to the ER for more advanced care, but this urgent care does more the most. Save yourself a costly trip to the ER and come here instead. Phenomenal service.

The medical staff were quick, caring and thorough when treating me. I was able able to get to work before my regular start time! Having the pharmacy on site is a plus. The desk staff were especially kind and inviting. The atmosphere was upbeat.

Utilized urgent care for first time. It was walk in. Reception was friendly and efficient. I was registered, evaluated, and out in under an hour. The nurse and doctor were friendly and attentive and listened. I recommend Aurora for anything because they are efficient and effective in treating what's going on.
