Absolutely worthless clinic, Do not waste your time trying to find help here. Booked an appointment a week in advance for Dr.Roeteger because Dr.Warawa is extremely unhelpful, The receptionist waited until 2hrs before my appointment to tell me Dr.Roeteger isn’t accepting new patients. I took a day off work for this appointment and will now have to wait at least another week before I can see another doctor someplace else. These people will get someone seriously hurt eventually.

I hope they read these reviews and realize they need to do a better job or leave the medical field.

I had been a patient at that clinic for 10 years, mainly because it's close to my workplace. My review is not so much about the doctors but the clinic is frustratingly disorganized and the staff is consistently rude. Considering the number of clinics in the city, I would recommend skipping this one.

The extreme lack of professionalism displayed by the receptionist is frankly upsetting. Every time I’ve interacted with her, she’s been rude and uncooperative, which makes dealing with this office unnecessarily difficult. This kind of behavior is disappointing, especially for someone in a customer-facing role.

Great clinic. I have been with Dr. Roettger since 2017 and he has been absolutely great, helpful, non-judgemental, thorough and just overall an excellent doctor. Most of the angry comments are likely patients not doing their part - gotta be a responsible patient, show up to your appointments and do your part.

Had a really bad experience at this clinic. Waited for 1.5 hours even after having a booked appointment. Dr. R. Hossain was at site. He checked me and told me to take some painkillers instead of actually treating or helping me with my issue! Talked to me for just 5 minutes after all the wait time and handed me some expired medicine without even checking it.
So unprofessional!
Would never recommend this place to anyone.

If you’re going to this clinic, book with Dr Roettger and avoid Dr. Warawa at all cost possible.
I have seen both physicians but sadly had Dr. Warawa as my GP for the past 2 years.

Dr. Warawa is dismissive, cold and lacks any type of personality to allow you to feel a connection. It does not feel as though he listens to your concerns or requests. He has a clear lack of knowledge or understanding regarding basic, everyday mental health concerns and has stated helping/treating individuals with these concerns is outside his comfort level. Appointments are kept to bare minimum and he will have you out within 5 minutes as it seems he doesn’t care nor want to listen. My requests are not outlandish and are reasonable however he makes you feel as though what you are asking for is ridiculous. Read other individuals reviews of Dr Warawa as it seems many others have had similar experiences. I would never recommend Dr. Warawa and can see why he seems to always be accepting new clients.

Dr. Roettger I saw one day as Dr Warawa was unavailable. My experience with him was complete night and day compared to with Dr Warawa. It was my first time meeting him and I felt he took time to listen to my concerns and actually address them. He created a comfortable environment to discuss my health concerns at the time and he actually offered me more help than what I was requesting/seeking. He was very helpful and validating. I would recommend seeing him and anyone with him as their regular GP is very fortunate.

I have not had any issues with the receptionist staff and have always found them to be professional and polite during interactions.

It is shocking to me that Dr. Warawa is indeed a doctor. Ive never been so rushed out of a doctors office he acts like I flagged him down on the street to ask medical advice. It’s such an inconvenience for him to help his patients.

Then while half listening to my concern prints out a prescription and sends me on my way. When I told he had already prescribed me the drug before and it didn’t work he just shrugs and said to try it again.

Absolutely no care for his patients at all just a pay cheque.
