This was the best experience I ever had at an urgent care. I would like to say that Naomi in the front desk greeted me and made sure that I knew she was readily available to help me. I was impressed that she knew what I needed before I even finished asking. She’s very kind, friendly and professional. She made me feel cared for. Dr Siddique is very knowledgeable and expressed concern for my condition. He went above and beyond in making sure I receive the correct treatment. I did not expect such expertise at an urgent care facility but am extremely grateful for him.

Dr. HOURIZADEH was incredibly kind, patient and compassionate. He took his time and made me feel cared about. He did not rush me through so that he could get to the next patient. He took time with me and explained everything and offered suggestions for follow up care. I was incredibly impressed and I wish all of my doctors had his level of compassion and dedication.

I could not get an appointment with my doctor and didn't want to go to the emergency room, which would require hours of waiting. I went to my local CityMD, where there was no line, was examined and tested, and had my results and a prescription within an hour. I was greatly relieved. Everyone on staff was both personable and efficient. The young man who checked me in was very helpful in getting me setup with a CityMD account on my phone. This is the second time I have been to CityMD and both experiences were first class. I highly recommend CityMD.

This is the the best Urgent care facility I've ever been to. With having kids who wind up going to urgent carers more often than not, and even for yourself, and being from out of town, you get a little nervous, you're not sure where to go. I'm from out of town. I went here one night. 10 o'clock service was fantastic. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. They run like a well. Oil machine, no problems, no delays, really hospitable, right? And the doctor was great. I would definitely recommend this place. Especially if you're from out of town, and you're not sure, and you're not sure if you're going to be comfortable, you'll be fine here.They take really good care of you

I had a very good experience, the office and medical staff were very pleasant and kind. The wait was reasonable and the doctor addressed my issue, had the lab result, and called in a prescription. I was very pleased.
