2 face Dr Di Bartolo. I have known him since 2008 to 2022. Dr Walter never showed any concern about my Medical condition or with my housing situation. He has mentioned to me that most of his patients are Criminals and connections and he is very friendly with these people. I was having issues with Criminals year 2022 and Dr Walter kept me at his Skin Care clinic for 8 hrs like a prisoner and ignoring me with my DOCTORS SUPPORT LETTER for my housing transfer application when I needed his support so much. He try’d to offer me beer in his office and he drank some beer that day when he was working on Patients. Now I am housed where my Complex Trauma started and still being harassed by Criminals and also my Unit/Flat is bugged by these Criminals and Dr Walter knows about this. Currently DR WALTER is being investigated by AHPRA and Medicare as I made a complaint towards him for not treating me well. I was suppose to see a Psychologist during my housing transfer but that never happened and he has claimed on my Medicare that I was Professionally Consulted that is Fraud..Don’t trust this Doctor with your Medical needs. Dr Walter has ruined my life..I have lodged another application for a housing transfer with another Doctors and trying to stay strong with my issues.Stay away from Doctor Walter. If anyone else has issues with Dr. Walter report him because he doesn’t deserve to be a Doctor as I said his a two face.

I bought a group on voucher for a thermage $399 when I arrive the assistant told me to have a needling for the same price only to learn it's much less on their group on page.
I sent an email to the Owner... she done offer part of my money back nor an apology or maybe another complementary treatment.
I had the treatment in another place and got better results. Also the technician seems in a hurry.
I wouldn't go here!

What a beautiful warm welcoming place that delivers exceptional service!! I got a remedial massage (one of the best iv ever had) as well as laser skin tightening by the brilliant Dr Walter. I’m going to get osteopathy in 2 weeks time with the new osteopath that’s just started there who seems lovely. This really is a one stop shop. Would highly recommend for any medical, cosmetic or body therapies

I bought a Groupon voucher for two fat-freezing sessions at this clinic. On my first visit, the clinician was clearly very experienced in the field. She worked with my body and pain tolerance to achieve the most effective results. She checked on the every 10-15 minutes to see how I was going. I was very please with the service and the aftermath of this first session. Unfortunately, on my second visit, the clinician was nothing like the first. Both the reception staff and clinician thought it was my first visit, which indicates poor communication and preparation for the patient's appointment. I also had to remind them to measure me, to see how many cms the first session had resulted in.
The second clinician placed the fat-freezing cup on, started the machine, and returned 45 minutes later. She didn't increase the intensity at all, and I didn't feel a powerful suction like the first session. After the session, I asked her why I didn't feel the same intensity as the first session. She brushed it off with, "Maybe there isn't a lot of fat there now." Yeah, not true. I had minimal bruising and was not left with a cold sensation on the area that was worked on. There were minimal results after the second session.
I have emailed the clinic twice (months apart) with concerns about the second session not being completed effectively, but have not received a reply.

I highly recommend DiOr Medical & Skin Rejuvenation Clinic for Laser Genesis treatments. The entire experience was exceptional. The clinic is clean and modern, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Laser Genesis effectively improved my skin texture and reduced fine lines. The treatment was painless and I experienced no downtime. I am thrilled with the results and will definitely be returning for further sessions.

I will be calling the cosmetic surgery hotline and the public health unit tomorrow to report this doctor. Today I had a treatment and the doctor didn't wear gloves. he withdrew Botox from 3 different bottles and I'm scared he may have pricked his thumb on the syringe he used to inject my Botox with, because he sucked his thumb during the process of withdrawal of my Botox. I froze in disbelief and went into shock. Do not use services here.

OMG. This doctor is amazing. He said his hands were magic and they were. From a bit of Botox to Lip Fillers, he got the job done fiercely but promised me no bruising. And not one bruise! Now for laser this week
