The service I receive is excellent. It’s just the time I spend there is ridiculous. I spent more than 2 hours waiting in the room for the doctor. I could hear staff laughing and talking and talking about lunch. The room was super hot and I was one of the first patients in the back and the last to leave. I don’t know if they just forgot I was there since the MA did tell me there was one patient ahead of me but the doc never came until it was lunch time and the lobby was empty.

The office staff was friendly and the office itself clean and comfortable. Dr. Thao was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Most importantly, though they were very busy, I didn’t feel rushed and she spoke to me as if I am intelligent. I am very happy with my overall experience here.

I am a patient of MFA Podiatry and Dr. Thao for over a year now and for me personally I am really glad I have Dr. Thao as my doctor. She explained why I have pain issues in my feet, Dr. Thao's conversation with me helps to better understand why I have pain issues and what the steps are moving forward to help overcome those issues, most importantly what my responsibilities are to help address my pain issues.
In regards to her staff, from my personal experience they have always been patient, caring and friendly.

Dr. Thao and Ben are wonderful, along with the rest of their caring and helpful team!! Dr. Thao has been keeping my rebellious toe nails going right for many years. She has a great sense of humor beside compassionate care of my sore feet. The inserts she had made for me have kept my feet and the rest of my body active and healthy. You can't keep active or healthy with sore feet. Thank you Dr. Thao!!!

The wait time for my mom was a bit much. Her appointment was at 10am and she didn’t get called back until 10:45. Please remember when scheduling, 1 doctor cannot see 4 people at say 10am. Please space appointments out a bit so patients don’t wait so long.

I would first like to say that Dr. Thao was very professional and extremely compassionate. I can say she is very knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease with my pains. I definitely will recommend her too anyone needing these type of services.

Everything about this office was exceptional.
The moment I met a friendly receptionist to the nurse assistant to Dr. Thao and to the finish tech, I was treated like a special guest.
I left feeling much more relaxed than when I entered.
