Easy and quick to make a appointment. Fast results. Close to my home. The only issue is they didn't describe well where the appointment was (parking lot east of the building) and the nurse was a little late and had another appointment to get to. The organization could've been better.

The experience was 5 star but the appt. process was 4 star. The attendant was super friendly and knowledgeable. The appointment text should explain clearly and boldly that a form MUST be completed before the test can start and that you will receive a QR code once you are ready to arrive for your appointment. No wait. Easy to fond location. Results came in 15 minutes.

Fast and great customer service if I ever need COVID testing done this is the place, if you don’t have an appointment no problem they will still see you. If you need a house call test they’ll even go to you which is awesome. Thank you guys so much! Very pleasant.

Really great and fast experience! Instructions on the GPS were a little confusing and we did have to drive around a bit to find it since it was in the back parking lot of another building BUT once I did it was super quick and friendly! You actually have an online call with a doctor that asks you some questions and testing was super quick and got my results in less than 10 min.

The staff who did the test was very pleasant and helpful getting me through the registration process. I was frazzled because I’d been to three other places trying to find one that was open. Your clinic and staff are top notch.

I loved their service and their friendly staff The nurse was a nice person, reliable and really helpful with all of my questions and everything i did not understand
he helped me with all the steps i needed to complete my paperwork to take the test and after taking my Covit 19 test they were very swift with giving me my results i highly recommend them to anyone ? Thank You Premium Health!

The test site was easy to find, the process was east and the staff were very pleasant and professional. But..it’s been three hours and I’ve not received the results of the 20 minute test. Given the results are what’s most important I knocked off two stars. Update. It’s now 4.5 hours and no results from the 20 minute test. I’ve called twice and while the representative was quite nice I still don’t have results. Hoping I get the PCR results in the morning.
