Dr O’Brien is really good about listening to what I have to say about my health and when it aligns with his medical knowledge he’s supportive and willing to help me pursue my health goals. If he has additional knowledge to steer him toward another treatment plan than what I want, he educates me and stills gets my consent. It’s something I highly value in a provider as a patient with a need for regular visits.

I've been seeing doctors for over 30 years,and I can honestly say Dr Tellez has made the quality my life outstanding! he is the best medical professional I've ever had. He listens, shows empathy, and deeply cares about you. I trust him completely. I can talk to him, as a older women, he gets me totally. (I'm a senior) He follows through with his care and medical Treatments, his assistant Eddie is also kind and caring, making my experience even better as well. I Also, i have to mention the front office. They actually return phone calls! They are very sweet and patience. Thank you, Pacific oaks, medical groups from my heart. My physician is always good to see: approachable, kind, knowledgeable, and due to my complex condition I am wheelchair bound.
He helps me with all my current needs and if I have flareups or other conditions that go hand-in-hand with my problems, he will go out of the way to find out alternatives that are the best for me and in my condition.
To have choices in my condition is great.
He always consult me on what choice to make which is teamwork to me.

David Boyd is truly a wonderful provider. He is very attentive, knowledgeable and listens to your concerns.

I would highly recommend him as your internal medicine provider. He will tell you exactly you need/and what you don't as he is extremely thorough. I loved the office too, they were able to fit me in for a last minute pre op. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr tellez is fantastic. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about my health needs. I like pacific oaks but was thrown today that there now is a 450 membership fee. That seems wrong after I have been going there almost 20 years. I guess the owner needs another Porsche
